MIP Dubai (Montenegro Investment Partners) is a proposed private commercial investment origination platform. It is not a government institution, a licensed investment fund, a stock exchange, a crowdfunding platform or an authorised financial institution.
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment product, nor investment, legal, tax or other professional advice. Opportunities are made available only to professional, institutional or high-net-worth investors after registration and review.
Projects displayed on this website are demonstration projects with fictional, illustrative data. Any financial figures — including capital requirements, development costs and assumptions — are estimates and are not guaranteed returns. Who we are
The data controller will be the MIP Dubai legal entity (name and registered address to be confirmed).
What we collect
- Contact and identity details you submit (name, company, email, phone, country)
- Investor profile and preferences, or project information and documents you submit
- Messages you send through forms or the investment assistant
Why we use it
To respond to inquiries, review investor registrations and project submissions, match investors with suitable opportunities and arrange meetings. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in operating the platform.
Sharing
Data is shared only with MIP team members, and — with your agreement — with counterparties in a specific transaction. Service providers (hosting, form delivery, email) process data on our behalf.
Retention and rights
Data is kept only as long as needed for these purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by contacting MIP through the contact page. Applicable data-protection requirements in the UAE and other relevant jurisdictions are being assessed.
Terms of use
By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and only for its intended purpose. Content is provided for general information and may be changed without notice. MIP does not warrant that information is complete or current. Confidential information made available to approved investors is subject to separate NDA terms.
You must not attempt to access restricted areas without authorisation, interfere with the website's operation, or submit false or misleading information. These terms will be governed by the law specified in the final, counsel-approved version.
